Packet pick-up and walk-up registration opens at 6:30 am. The stage fun starts at 7:00 am and the walk starts at 8:00 am.
The Grateful Gobbler Walk is a 5K.
Restrooms are available within Coolidge Park. (Pets are not allowed in the park.)
All walkers, except children 5 and under who do not want a t-shirt, must register and wear their walker/runners’ number, also called a runners’ bib, to participate.

The 18th Annual Grateful Gobbler Walk will take place once again on Thanksgiving morning. Walkers will gather at Coolidge Park for festivities before the 8:00 a.m. start. 100% of the proceeds of the walk will benefit the new Maclellan Shelter for Families located on site at the Community Kitchen on 11th Street in Chattanooga. The Shelter for Homeless Families features 13 units with 68 beds for families experiencing homelessness and provides a stable environment for families to remain together as they search for permanent housing solutions.

Meet up with the committee member that recruited you and they will sign it or you can get it signed at the volunteer check in station inside the pavilion at Coolidge Park.
Volunteer check-in will be in the pavilion at Coolidge Park. You are also welcome to pick up your volunteer packet the day before the event from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm at Coolidge Park.
